Whinstone was very green and had literally just been backed when I first started riding him. He had never cantered, been over a pole or lunged. After just two meetings whinstone know canters, lunges and jumps. He has even been to his first ever show which was jumping, where he did a lovely clear round. He did have a great tendency of bucking and putting his owner on the floor and even had me on the floor at one point, but he no longer does any of that and is a very well behaved 4 year old that even hacks out past very scary things and loud traffic.

I saw great potential in Roxy, she spent a week or 2 at mine being schooled & I took her to many shows, she was jumping up to 1.15 at home & 90cm at shows and was doing very fast jump offs and tight turns. She was ready to affiliate would go very far!

Age:6 Sex: Gelding Height: 15h Breeding: Type: Cob Colour: Black I started schooling pedro in early 2012, he was very green & unbalanced, he couldnt hold himselt at all and was so strong. He had no bend, couldnt canter more than 2 strides and no outline even in walk. After a lot of hard work from me & his rider Dan, he started to come in an outline and become less strong and could canter a whole lap of the field, although it wasnt balanced and was very fast he could do it! Pedro came to mine in October 2012 for about 6 months & improved so much in that time, he was able to bend, carry himself in an outline in canter, through transitions, able to jump! & jump 1.10! His canter was balanced and controllable, aswell as his trot & he was out at shows jumping round 80-85cm clear! He was no longer knocking jumps & became very carefull! |

Flair came to me in 2011- april- Broken, but had a bad experience rider fell off a couple of times bad falls, scared both of them & is now very nervous to get on, needs re breaking and then schooling. so she came to me for 2 weeks, by the end of the 2 weeks she was fab, had a great jump on her, very brave and bold, willing and honest, working in an outline, although she was still quite an uptight and forward going horse but she felt safe. she went home, i then went to her yard and gave her rider emily a lesson on her and as she was getting on flair moved and got her leg caught in a metal step and cut it badly, so she had to have time off for that to heel! so she then came back to mine a few months later and got schooling again, she then stayed at ours for about 6 months were her and emily were doing great jumping courses together of about 90cm and were ready to go to a show. Then circumstances changed and flair was getting bored and developing a few habbits, which then lost emily's confidence, so we went right back to basics and flair was improving.
