Qualifications
I am now a BHS registered instructor & won the Instructors Challenge at Royal Windsor Horse Show 2012!
In 2009 I achieved the Duke Of Edinburgh (Click here to find out what D.O.E is) Bronze award & in 2010 I achieved the Silver award.
In 2010 I also achieved the CSLA- Community Sports Leaders Award, & in 2011 went on to achieve the HSLA- Higher Sports Leaders Award Level 3.

In May 2010 I passed the UKCC Level 2 in Equestrian Sport. For those of you that don’t know what this is, it is one of the most modern coaching certificates around. The idea of it is to ensure that equestrian coaches are delivering safe, high quality, rider centred coaching, hopefully leading to success by helping to raise performance standards and increase enjoyment of riding ensuring that the UK becomes recognised as a world leader in coach development. There are currently 3 levels to UKCC & the fourth is still in development.
In 2009 I passed both parts of The Pony Club 'B' test & went on to do The Pony Club Lunge test. 'B' test is the second highest exam available in The Pony Club. It consists of two exams which can be taken individually or together, this is good as you don’t have to pass both parts at once. One exam involves knowledge of horsemanship & the other is the riding section.
The Lunge test must be passed before attempting the highest test's within The Pony Club which are 'AH' & 'A'.
I am currently training towards The Pony Club 'AH' test which must be passed before attempting the 'A' test. The 'AH' test is the highest test of horsemanship available in the Pony Club. It is recognized world-wide and is very much sought after.
The Pony Club 'A' test is the highest test of riding available in the Pony Club. I am also training for this test along side 'AH'.

Hopefully I will pass both of the final Pony Club tests which will then enable me to move onto yet more exams! However as I will have completed all Pony Club exams I will now be doing British Horse Society (BHS) exams. These will be:
