Murphy- 1m & 1.10
a pole in each class so didnt qualifyt for the 2nd rounds Brook- 1m & 1.05 open pole in each class didnt qualify. Brookie did the 90cm amateur 2nd round, having gone clear in the first round she was drawn 1st to go in the jump off, but did a lovely fast double clear.
Rupert was entered also in the 90cm amateur 2nd round with another rider but when we saw her she said she didn't want to do it on him so asked if i wanted to. So a quick swap and off i went, going clear in the first round, i was then drawn last in the jump off. Brook was still in the lead just as i was going in and there was only one other clear so all i had to do to qualify was go clear or a quick 4 faults. I went clear again taking the double clears up to 3 out of about 50! But I had exactly the same time as brook which meant i was equal 1st on both horses! Which very rarely ever happens, and i don't think i could do it again if i tried! I then did a lovely double clear on brook in the 1.05 and came 2nd. Rupert

Rupert Murphy Day 2 Friday Day 3 Saturday I did the 1m Amateur 2nd round qualifier on brook, she wasn't her normal self in the first round and it was very kick and pull the whole way but she went double clear and came 3rd so qualified for the finals in November @ Aintree liverpool. I then did the british novice on her, it was a much smoother round but she had two poles down.
I rode Colettes pony Lilly in the Prelim & Novice M&M qualifers. Having had a bit of a break this was her first outing in quite a long time, so she didn't go as well as she usually does but still went well and came 3rd in the Prelim qualifying again for the finals. She then did her first ever novice test and went really nicely, sadly she just missed out on qualifying!
