We took two new rides which I only gained earlier in the week to their first ever show. Whinstone a 4 year old cob, who was only backed at the beginning of this year was really good, although did throw me off in the warm up, but jumped a lovely clear round.
Roxy another 4 year old, almost 5, again not with a lot of experience and only her first show was really good and jumped a double clear coming 3rd and in the next class just had 4 faults in the jump off still coming 3rd. Another really good day considering neither horses had jumped more than two fences at home and certainly not a double, oxer or related distance.
